Your source media, live inputs, analysis, saved Visions, and recordings are processed locally in your browser.
Media and live inputs
Files you choose are opened with browser-local object URLs. Microphone, camera, tab, and system capture use browser permission controls. Eidolon does not upload source media, sampled frames, audio analysis, recordings, filenames, or saved Visions to a server.
Browser storage
Eidolon uses local browser storage for saved Visions, studio preferences, the guided-tour choice, and your analytics choice. Recipe links contain visual settings but exclude source media and filenames. Clearing site data removes these local records unless you exported a Vision library.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics loads only after you select Allow analytics. Events are limited to broad product actions such as opening a media type, beginning a live-input mode, sharing a recipe, or exporting an artifact. Eidolon does not send media names, media content, analysis results, Vision names, or recipe contents. Selecting Essential only prevents the analytics script from loading.
Feedback and server logs
The Forge feedback widget sends only information you deliberately submit, along with the product, release stage, page path, and limited technical context needed to receive and diagnose feedback. Hosting infrastructure may record ordinary request information such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, and time for security and reliability.
Your controls
You can deny browser permissions, stop active capture, clear site data, export or delete Visions, and use Essential only. To change a saved analytics choice, clear this site's browser storage and reload.
